Overview

Dr. Yi Shen is an Associate Professor of Dongwu Business School, Soochow University. She received the Bachelor of Computing (2012) and the Ph.D. degree (2017) in Information Systems and Analytics from the National University of Singapore, Singapore. Her research interests include human–computer interaction, multisensory interaction, consumer analytics, and social media analytics.
