报告题目:新型半导体核辐射探测用晶体材料与器件

报告摘要:The recent rapid demand for large-volume X-ray and γ-ray spectrometers and imaging arrays have triggered tremendous opportunities in the field of astronomy and high energy physics, nuclear medicine, industrial on-line monitoring, and national security. To achieve the higher special and energy resolution, semiconductor nuclear radiation detectors have exhibited the significant advantages, due to the direct photoelectric conversion. Cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) is undeniably the leading material for room-temperature semiconductor radiation detector. Firstly, I’d like to review our progress on CZT crystal growth, detector fabrication and applications. However, recently, there has been considerable interest in identifying new low-cost, heavy element, chemical compounds as detector materials for room-temperature radiation detection. Here, I report on the centimeter-sized detector-grade APbBr3 (A=Methylammonium, Cs) perovskite crystals grown using solution method. The resulting single crystals exhibited high X-ray sensitivity and mobility lifetime products (μτ).
报告人简介:徐亚东,博士,教授,“辐射探测材料和器件”工信部重点实验室副主任。2004年本科毕业于西北工业大学,2007-2008年在英国萨里大学进行博士联合培养学习,2010年在西北工业大学获博士学位,后留校工作。2016-2017年在美国西北大学从事访问学者(博士后)研究。目前,主要从事高能射线探测和太赫兹领域所用半导体晶体材料的制备,器件设计和性能研究,主持省部级以上科研项目10余项。发表SCI论文70余篇。申请发明专利14项,包括美国专利1项,授权发明专利8项。作为主要完成人获国家技术发明二等奖,陕西省科技奖一等奖和陕西省国防科学技术进步奖一等奖各1项。2016年入选“陕西省青年科技新星”。2017年入选首批“陕西省普通高校青年杰出人才支持计划”。
