二、研究方向
(1)中药抗炎和抗肿瘤活性成分新靶点的钩钓
(2)治疗肾病的中药新活性的发现和机制研究
(3)结肠炎治疗候选药物分子的发现和成药性评价研究
三、主要研究成果
发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI论文20余篇,授权中国专利20余项,转让专利8项。作为课题负责人,承担自然科学基金1项,新药创制国家重大专项课题子课题1项,苏州市项目1项,校企合作项目8项。自2006年来,对白头翁、鹿茸草、枸骨、孜然芹等十多种中药进行系统药理活性的研究,发现多种成分的抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤等新活性。
