三、主要研究成果
主要研究电压和钙依赖的大电导钾通道(BK通道)和瞬时受体电位阳离子通道(TRP通道)。发现了BK通道的辅助亚基和结构亚基之间的相互作用新机制。通过人工脂双层膜系统阐明了磷酸肌醇对TRPV1的直接作用机制。在J. Neurosci, Biomaterials,J. Pharmacol. Exp. Ther.等杂志上发表十多篇研究论文。
