三、主要研究成果
主要从事生物大分子结构和功能研究以及基于结构的药物发现,2016年入选湖北省“青年科技晨光计划”,2019年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才。成功解析了50余个表观遗传相关蛋白的晶体结构,并结合其它生物化学、生物物理学和细胞生物学手段研究了相关蛋白的作用和功能。在Nat Chem Biol、Nat Commun、Pharmacol Ther、J Med Chem、Cell Chem Biol、J Biol Chem等国际主流期刊发表SCI收录论文50余篇。
