无机纳米材料与肿瘤诊疗创新技术




方向介绍:

无机纳米材料具有一系列独特物理和化学性质,在生物医学成像与肿瘤治疗领域有着独特的潜在应用前景。本实验室发展了包括碳纳米材料、稀土发光纳米材料、二维金属硫化物纳米结构、无机介孔纳米材料、生物矿化纳米材料等在内的多种无机纳米材料,利用其光学、磁学、声学和X-射线吸收等物理性质,以及其pH响应、金属离子螯合、催化活性等化学性质,发展了多种多模态影像纳米探针和针对肿瘤的物理治疗与联合治疗策略。


主要研究方向:
- 无机复合功能纳米材料的构建及其在生物检测、影像与肿瘤诊疗中的应用;
- 可代谢无机纳米材料合成及其生物医学应用;
- 无机纳米酶探针的构建及其应用;
- 生物矿化无机生物材料的设计构建及其生物医学应用。
