高分子材料与仿生载体


方向介绍  

 高分子材料与仿生载体是本实验室的一个重要研究方向。本实验室发展了多种基于可降解高分子、共轭有机高分子、有机金属框架(MOF)与配位高分子(Coordination Polymer)、生物大分子(如蛋白)、红细胞和细胞膜包覆仿生材料的智能载体。基于这类材料优异的生物安全性,以及其独特的物理、化学与生理功能,我们探索其在光声成像、药物输送、肿瘤光学治疗、肿瘤微环境调控和肿瘤免疫治疗等方面的应用。


主要研究方向  

- 高分子纳米探针与光声成像;
- 智能纳米药物载体与肿瘤创新疗法;
- 多功能仿生材料的开发与应用;
- 高分子水凝胶在肿瘤治疗、组织损伤修复和组织工程方面的应用。
