1.  有机电子学、无机电子学:主要研究有机导电聚合物、有机/无机半导体材料的可控合成、器件制备与光、电、力学等性能测试;

2.  柔性电子学:主要研究有机、无机半导体材料在电化学晶体管、智能传感设备等领域的应用及其柔性电子器件的制备与产业化应用。
