研究方向:
1.二维有机单晶材料大面积生长:揭示二维有机晶体成核与生长机制,重点发展界面外延生长二维有机晶体新策略,实现可控层数的二维有机单晶大面积生长,为其规模电子器件的应用提供材料基础。
2.高性能有机场效应器件:研究二维有机单晶材料在高性能有机场效应器件、柔性可穿戴器件以及有机集成电路等领域中的应用。
