主要研究方向:

主要致力于从事高效硅基能源器件的研究,包括:高效晶硅太阳电池(HJTTOPCon等)的构筑、界面调控及器件物理,晶硅太阳电池的近场光学表征,新型硅基水伏器件的构筑及界面调控。

 

研究成果:

2013年以来,一直从事硅基能源器件的界面调控及器件物理相关方面的研究工作,目前已在Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, Nano Energy等能源、材料领域高水平期刊上以第一/通讯作者发表20余篇学术论文
