报告人简介:女,现为南京农业大学食品科学专业的博士应届毕业生。2014.2-2016.2以博士联陪生的身份到荷兰瓦赫宁根大学人类营养学院访学2年。博士论文研究内容为应用营养基因组学方法研究不同膳食蛋白对大鼠生长、血液代谢指标以及肝脏转录组和蛋白组的影响。研究结果发表在Scientific Reports、Molecular Nutrition and Food Research、Journal of Proteome Research国际知名期刊上。
