According to the School’s notice, we have prepared the refunding list as attached. The refundable accommodation fee is calculated based on the below principles:
1. According to the arrangement of the 2019-2020 academic year calendar, the registration date for the 2nd semester of 2019-2020 is February 23, and the summer vacation starts from July 4. The accommodation fee for this semester is calculated based on 5 months (for the whole academic year, it is calculated based on 10.5 months).
2. The school will refund the accommodation fee according to the actual time the student stayed in school. If the student stayed in the school for less than 15 days, the half month accommodation fee of the current month will be refunded. If the student lives longer than 15 days (including 15 days), the fee of the current month will not be refunded. Accommodation fee payable = annual accommodation fee ÷10.5× Number of months payable.
