Congratulations to the graduates in June 2019. Here are some important items for you and please go through these procedures.
1) Degree ID Photos – It is NECESSARY for you to take the degree photos before 2019-05-17. Please go to the following photo studio to take the photos (No other photo accepted).

Requirements:
a) The photo should be of blue background and in **all two inch (蓝底小二寸). And the staff in Dong Qu Photo Studio knows how to make the photo size.
b) The cost of the photo(￥25RMB) should be paid by you. After paying the money, please write your student number, passport number and your name on the envelope of the photo and leave the photos in the studio. Save two copies of your digital photos, use your “passport number” as the file name for one copy, and use your “passport number + student number” as another’s file name.
c) We will come to collect all the photos (including the digital photo) on 2019-05-17.
2) Graduation photo –
a) Time & location: The graduation photo will be taken on 2019-05-21 09:00AM in front of the clock building in the main/central campus. The graduation gowns will be taken to the main campus the same day. Please arrive in front of the clock building before 09:00AM on time to take your gown.
b) Cost: 20RMB for the gown washing, 30RMB for two printed group photos, 150RMB for deposit of the gown (150rmb will be refunded after you returned your gown). Therefore, totally 200rmb should be paid to your caretaker before 2019-05-13.
c) Graduation gown: there are four sizes for the gown including: XL(>180cm), L(170-180cm),M(160-170cm),S(<160cm), please inform your gown size to your caretaker when you are paying the money. And please return your gown to your caretaker before 2019-06-06 if you are not going to attend the convocation.
3) Graduation exam – please bring the following documents to your practical and theory graduation exams: passports, student card, exam hall ticket and other exams things. We will double check your full name which will be on the MBBS degree with your passports, check your leaving dates during the internship, and etc.
4) The convocation will be held in June/July (the date will be confirmed in the beginning of June). The details of the convocation will be updated on ISSO website.
5) Degree Issue – The degree will be issued before 2019-07-06. Make your clearance form (download from ISSO website) ready, and submit your form when you come to take your degree. Please pay attention to ISSO announcement and make the form ready. If your friend will take your degree for you, please give your clearance form to him/her together with your handwriting authorization letter.
