温振科博士,山东人;2004年毕业于山东第一医科大学、获临床医学学士学位,2007年毕业于复旦大学上海医学院、师从熊思东教授获免疫学硕士学位,2007-2010年在青岛市中心血站输血医学研究所任医师、副所长,随即在复旦大学上海医学院师从熊思东教授攻读免疫学博士学位,2013年博士毕业后在美国西奈山医学院和斯坦福大学做Postdoc和Research Scientist;2019年9月加盟18新利体育
IBMS任教授、课题组长,先后荣获江苏特聘教授、国家重大人才工程A类青年项目、江苏省杰青和姑苏创新创业领军人才;现任IBMS执行院长、江苏省感染与免疫重点实验室副主任。
研究方向
我国人口老龄化日益加剧,以自身免疫病为代表的慢性难治性疾病越发成为临床难题。
T细胞在机体免疫应答和免疫疾病中起关键调控作用,其免疫衰老所致功能异常也是免疫疾病重要基础,在临床患者病理性免疫应答和组织器官损伤中扮演不可或缺的角色。
我们依托临床重大自身免疫病患者与对照人群队列,创建高度模拟临床患者体内微环境的细胞互作平台、人源组织类器官和人源化疾病模型,聚焦T细胞代谢重组,深入研究:
(1)T细胞在自身抗原免疫识别及其应答中的作用、机制和应对策略;
(2)T细胞在炎性组织微环境介导器官损伤中的免疫特性及靶向干预;
(3)T细胞免疫衰老的分子基础与健康衰老。
