Research Interests:
1. to develop the special radiopharmaceuticals targeting to the ovarian and squamous epithelial cancer cell by the receptor-ligand recognition as well as Ag-Ab recognition.
2. the screening of new targeting site for imaging and therapy: 5.the role of the SPATA5L1 gene in EMT process of the normal epithelial cell and squamous epithelial, ( the radiation effect of g ray and neutron on the gene)

1. The study of the dopamine nanoparticle pass through the BBB. (NSFC,30270441, 2003-2005).
2. The radiation protection of the C60(OH)24- SLN-E targeting to cellular nucleus. (NSFC,30970873,2010-2012)
3. The study of X-HOPO-mAb for radioimmunotherapy of tumors overexpressing EGFR. (NSFC, 11475124, 2015-2018)
Research Experience and Accomplishments:
3. developed the special nanoparticle delivery to the cell nucleus as the scavenger of the free radicals induced by acute radiation exposure.
4. developed the special nanoparticle chelating agent of the internal contamination of radionuclides( such as 89Sr).
5. developed chemical fluorescence probe for cancer cell imaging.
