Introduction: The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is the instrument of measuring the trace content of elements and ratio of isotopes. The advantage of this instrument is that it has low detection limit (ng/ml or lower), the base effect is small, simple line, and could determine many elements at the same time. On the other hand, dynamic linear range is wide and could determine the isotope ratios rapidly.
