研究方向:有机印刷电子材料与器件

1有机单晶材料的大规模可控印刷技术:溶液印刷中流体动力学对有机半导体分子堆积的影响,以此发展先进的印刷方法提高有机半导体薄膜的电荷传输性能

2有机单晶器件的表界面工程:建立新型的表界面调控策略,实现几乎理想的器件物理界面,达到/甚至突破热电子晶体管器件的物理极限;

3有机单晶电路设计及应用:发展低功耗、高增益超柔性有机单晶放大电路,探索其在情绪/生理性信号监测、人机/脑机交互等交叉领域中的应用
