报告摘要:
“Too difficult to see a doctor and too expensive to see a doctor” has become one of the major public complaints in China today. In addition to relying on government support (such as appointment systems, centralized procurement of medicines), the improvement of laws and regulations, and the popularization of medical knowledge, wearable electronic technologies for health monitoring through the identification of common diseases (such as colds, fever), the early detection of serious diseases and an emergency SOS call for sudden illness can greatly reduce people's dependence on doctors. This report is divided into three parts: 1) Solution-processed, large-area fabrication of the flexible oxide transistors. The thin film combustion method is used to achieve low-temperature and low-cost production of high-quality oxide semiconductors and dielectrics. 2) In order to meet wearability requirements, oxide semiconductor nanowires are prepared using blow spinning technology and integrated stretchable devices are fabricated. The wearable devices are demonstrated for detection those related to human activities such as UV, pressure, temperature, exhalation, etc. 3) Furthermore, nanomesh-based gold electrodes with conformability and breathability are fabricated. The devices based on nanomesh electrodes are used for monitoring of breath, electrocardiogram and electrocardiogram, etc. Finally, wireless transmission and cloud technology are utilized to realize easy and accurate biometric information monitoring anytime and anywhere.
