1996年获南京大学理学学士学位;1999年获南京大学理学硕士学位;2005年获美国范德比尔特大学(Vanderbilt University)分子生物学博士学位。2008年10月加入18新利体育 功能纳米与软物质研究院。

主要成果和技术贡献:
近年来主要在纳米生物医学材料与纳米医学等领域开展了系统深入的研究,将纳米技术与分子生物学、分子免疫学有机结合,从对纳米生物界面的深入理解出发,研究纳米材料与机体的相互作用机制并对其进行改性与优化。发展了一系列基于高分子与无机矿化材料的活性生物材料作为纳米载体与纳米佐剂用于纳米疫苗、肿瘤纳米诊疗与肿瘤免疫治疗,系统研究了其生物学效应、免疫学效应,揭示了其与肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞及免疫活性生物分子的分子作用机制与相应的信号通路的调控机制,在肿瘤免疫治疗、肿瘤疫苗与细菌疫苗中展现出良好的应用前景。学术论文50余篇,发表于Nature Nanotechnology、ACS Nano、 Biomaterials、J. Biol. Chem.等国内外重要学术刊物上,论文他引约6000次。授权国家发明专利2项。主持/参与NSFC、国家重点研发等各级各类项目16项。
