摘要
Scalable nanolithography: Through precisely tuning the nanometer scale deformation of the soft stamps and in combination with the latest chemical lift-off lithography developed in our group, we developed polymer pen chemical lift-off lithography and self-collapse lithography. Based on which, sub-20 nm resolution surface chemical patterning can be realized at high throughput. Multiple-patterning nanosphere lithography was developed to scalable fabricate fully tunable three-dimensional nanostructures at a resolution of 50 nm. Micromotors: Using the “electric tweezers”, micromotors with precisely controlled mechanical motions including movement, rotation, and assembling were developed. Multi-functional nanomotors were further developed as a prototype of future biomedical nanorobots, which can actively assemble into ordered arrays, do single-molecule level sensing and delivery to designated single cells for bioanalysis, and tunable release molecules at designated location.

a.Designed, fabricated ultrasensitive surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) nanomotor sensors and applied for: location predicable biochemical detection, single-cell bioanalysis, controllable biochemical release and real-time detection.
b.Developed electric-filed-driven nanowire motors with a world record in the rotation speed and duration.
c.Designed and fabricated multi-level porous graphite foams for flexible and high performance supercapacitors, batteries, and strain sensors.
