报告摘要:This talk will summarize our recent work on analysis of MR brain images. Ourgoal is to precisely measure subtle and complex structural/functionalchanges in the brains, with applications in early detection of braindisorders, such as Alzheimer's Disease (AD). To achieve this goal, wedeveloped various multi-task learning methods for brain image segmentation, structural labeling, connectivity estimation, and brain registration as wellas atlas construction. We have also developed many multi-view representationand sparse learning methods for diagnosis of brain disorders. All thesetechniques and applications will be discussed in the talk.
