研究领域:

心血管电生理课题组以膜片钳等技术研究心血管系统中的离子通道功能及其相关的心血管疾病。主要研究方向包括:
1)ATP敏感钾离子通道(KATP)的转运及在心脏缺血损伤中的保护作用;
2)β肾上腺素受体信号通路对心肌细胞钙稳态的调节及在心肌肥大模型中的作用;
3)新型离子通道的鉴定及其门控性质和通道动力学参数的研究。
