研究领域:
心血管蛋白酶调节血管及心脏功能作用的研究
蛋白酶在生物学中起广泛作用。Corin 是一种具有调节血压和心脏功能的重要蛋白酶,能够激活心脏中的利钠肽, 从而产生利尿、排钠及舒张血管的作用。这一分子机制对控制高血压和心脏病的发生至关重要。我们正在进行的研究有:可溶性Corin 在心力衰竭诊断及治疗中的意义;Corin 的活化机制研究;Corin 基因突变/SNPs 在高血压及心力衰竭发生中作用;Corin 参与高血压、心力衰竭的可能分子机制的研究;此外,我们还研究血栓、止血和心血管生物学领域中的其它一些蛋白酶。
