Single crystal, thin film and nano-crystals growth; luminescence of Rare Earth doped materials; Applied techniques of X-ray and gamma ray; Microstructure defects, electricity, luminescence application; Computer simulation and calculation of intrinsic and extrinsic defects in solid-state materials.
