陈崧


学历及学术经历:

        2008年毕业于南京大学材料物理专业并获得理学学士学位;2012年毕业于美国佛罗里达大学材料科学与工程系并获得博士学位,师从Franky So教授;2013年至2016年于美国希捷科技有限公司担任高级工程师;2017加入18新利体育 材料与化学化工学部担任特聘教授、博士生导师。

        2008年起从事有机电子等领域的研究。至今以(共同)第一作者和通讯作者身份在Nature Photonics, Advanced Materials, Advanced Energy Materials等杂志上发表论文20多篇,多篇入选ESI高被引论文,总引用数超过20002013年加入全球存储科技巨头——美国希捷科技,研发下一代超高密度光存储技术,有多项专利申请。

  

研究领域

有机半导体、无机纳米半导体的电学性质和光物理学现象,并应用于光伏器件、电致发光器件和光探测与传感器件。目前主要研究激子型光伏器件中的电荷产生机理和效率损失机理,涂布法制备无机薄膜光伏和量子点发光二极管器件及其效率衰减机理。
