Apply for the Notification Letter of Foreigner's Work Permit . The following doucuments should be submitted to the EEAC three months in advance.

4.工作资历证明 （含翻译件） Working Experience | 由申请人原工作过的单位出具从事与现聘用岗位工作相关的工作经历证明，包括职位、工作时间或曾经做过的项目，需申请人原工作单位加盖公章或负责人签字，并留有证明联系人有效联系电话或电子邮件及中文翻译。工作经历要从毕业日期后开始填写，应该连续、不间断；无工作期间，请填写待业。 A certificate of work experience or reference letter related to the current position, including position, working time or projects. 5.最高学历学位和中国驻外领使馆认证件（含翻译件） Degree Certificate | 最高学位（学历）证书在国外获得的，应经我驻外使、领馆或由申请人获得 学位（学历）所在国驻华使、领馆或我国学历认证机构认证并翻译（可自行翻译）。最高学位（学历）证书在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区获得的，应经我国学历认证机构认证或经所在地区公证机构公证并中文翻译。最高学位（学历）证书在中国境内获得的，仅提供学历（学位）证书复印件。教育背景应该连续，不间断，教育背景时间应与学位证书时间相符。 Degrees obtained abroad should be certified and translated by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad . 6.无犯罪记录和中国驻外领使馆认证件（含翻译件） No criminal record | 应当由申请人国籍国或经常居住地警察、安全、**等部门出具并经我驻外使、领馆认证或外国驻华使、领馆认证。在港澳特别行政区和台湾地区出具的无犯罪记录证明，应经所在地区公证机关公证。经常居住地指申请人离开国籍国最后连续居住一年以上的国家或地区，不包括在中国境内。无犯罪记录签发时间应在6 个月内。 It should be issued by the police, security, court and other departments of the applicant's country of nationality or habitual residence and authenticated by China's embassy or consulate abroad or by foreign embassies or consulates in China. 2.申请人凭《外国人来华工作许可通知》在境外使领馆办理Z类签证
Apply for Z type visa at overseas embassies or consulates with Work Permit.

二、入境后 After Entry
1.入境后24小时内做《境外人员临时住宿登记》
Complete the Registration of Temporary Residence for Foreigners within 24 hours after entry
2.办理《外专局行政许可决定书》及《外国人工作许可证》
Apply for the Administrative Licensing Decision of the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and Work Permit Card for Foreign experts
3.外籍专家凭相关材料赴苏州市公安局出入境管理支队办理工作类居留许可
Apply for the Residence Permit for Workwith related materials at Division of Exit-Entry Administration of the Suzhou Public Security Bureau

外国人临时住宿登记单扫描 Registration of Temporary Residence for Foreigners | 申请人入境后在24小时内赴所住地派出所办理 24小时内未能办理的，请携带新冠病毒核酸检测证明及隔离证明给派出所 The applicant shall go to the local police station within 24 hours after entering China to Complete the Registration of Temporary Residence for Foreigners If you fail to do so within 24 hours, please bring the Novel Coronavirus nucleic acid test certificate and quarantine certificate to the police station |
